Wow, quite an eclectic bunch of pages there.
The Windows Vista forum has a very nice theme, it certainly looks very Vista'ish. Which forum software are using? At a guess I'd say phpBB2 but it's hard to tell.
Your photos and tech tips pages look very much like the default WordPress Kubrick theme with some modifications.
I would recommend keeping some consistency between the forum and the rest of the site, or moving to separate domains. And I think the blog pages need to be themed a little more different from the Kubrick theme. There's nothing wrong with the Kubrick theme, it's just that there are becoming a lot of sites around which use the theme or variants of and it is becoming a little over used IMO.
Your mintywhite branding is very nice and I think a 100% custom design would go very well with the existing logo and colour scheme.
