Default How is this done

I am not a programmer, but I am trying to learn. Could someone please try to explain how this site gets the information. The info is published everyday by the exchanges, I would like to display the info on my site. I don't need to be able to click on the symbols or check availability.

Thanks in advance

you need to find a feed (RSS) or XML output from a provider

you could scrape a site for information but this is not the best or reliable way to harvest information
