If you are using CPanel, then go to "MySQL databases" and at the bottom of the screen is phpMyAdmin. There is an export option in phpMyAdmin which will let you save the database as an SQL file. You can then upload that using phpMyAdmin on the other server.

Im no expert at databases but I had to move a site once and found this tutorial to be very helpful. It shows you how to export and import your MySQL database using SSH. http://alex.ipbhost.com/docs/ssh/

Google it Yeah, you can use Cpanel and do a complete backup/restore. Or sometimes I'll even go into PHPMyAdmin and export it to a text file, the do a complete import on the new server using that file.
