code balancing

I am currently using the code view of Dreamweaver 8 to write my code (mostly PHP).

A feature that I would like but Dreamweaver doesn't seem to have is "code balancing" so I could quickly identify the pairs of parenthesis and brackets that make up code sections.

Is there any add-on that can add this functionality to Dreamweaver? Does CS3 have this feature? If not, is there any other tool that has similar features to Dreamweaver but also offers "code balancing" (maybe there is a different term to describe this feature?)
