time tracking

Hi,

I'm looking for the best time track tool available for my freelance projects. Many on the market, but not sure what is agile and the best one. I need:

-desktop based, though is the best way to switch between projects and track time accurately.
-collect information web based to allow work from different places/computers, work from office, home on travel
-allow several members, not too much, for this kind of projects 4-5 members would be great.

Some project management tools will help.

What is your preferred one and why?
