- Create a strategy which turns the forum from a ghost town into a busy environment
- Admins. Reply to PM's else people will think its not monitored
- Control Spam (thought i was at ebay for a moment)
- Nominate Moderators and Team leaders to help with the day to day running
- Use the forum to drive revenue streams (got the content but user experience is shite)
- Monitor the forum
- Show an interest in your service
If you don't run this site as if you are interested then members will also loose interest and you will loose members which is why you have little activity
You have a well designed product with loads of content but its currently like buying an iphone and using it to level a wonky leg of a wonky table.
