What is the best place to host forums with?
Is that serverpoint or hostgator ... ?

Forums to host .... well think serverpoint is the right company for that.
They have the necessary environment for that. Prices are not high and plans are resourceful.

Uptime is high and support is active and helpful in many ways.

Well serverpoint and hostgators are not the only reliable companies which are perfect for hosting forums. Webhostgiant is one more such a company which services are well-supported and are not costly.
