Default Need advice...(selling a website question)

OK / I have this website: (http://www.upicpocket.com) / I made it over a year ago w/ the intentions of completing a user system and getting a fully established site for profit and then maybe selling it, but I never got around to it...

- Basically I wanna know do you think it would sell the way it is?

- I was thinking of redoing the layout and making it a littel more eye friendly and web 2.0 / would that be a could idea?

- Or should I just keep it and establish it more no matter how long it takes...

Do know that I haven't promoted the site any except adding a link on mine and my brothers myspace's and its already got over 100 Image uploads so I know its a good idea but I'm just inquiring...

Plus I'm working on my big web resource community website which I hope to make more popular than my old website (RazeWeb.net or RW-Designz.com) which I dont have time for either...

Just want to know if it would be a good idea to sell or keep?

Thanks for the help!

I wouldn't worry too much about the design for selling a website - this is easily changed pretty cheaply, and a sensible buyer will look beyond the design. What really matters is how big a user base you have, and what profit you are making. Generally 10-12 times monthly profit is considered an average price for a site.
Obviously if you have a totally unmonetised site, but with a solid user base, then this estimation is innaccurate.
As to whether you should sell - do you think you have the time to devote to make the site profitable? If you do, and are willing to put the effort in, then keep it. If you don't think you can take it any further, then put it on the market, and get what return you can for it.
