Default Browser Based HTML Email Forms

Hello all!

I'm attempting to make an HTML e-mail registration form for a website I update. I've already created an e-mail registration form, however it is dependent on Outlook Express. I was wondering if anyone has a basic HTML form with checkboxes and text input that can be sent from a browser alone. If anyone knows a code, or can point me to the direction of a website which contains it, I would be very grateful.

Thanks a lot!

If you just want the HTML/CSS, then you can just nab the code off of any website. I have on here you are welcome to borrow ... Contact | Ryan Hellyer’s Website

However you still need to get that data processed by the server. This depends on the type of server you are using and what programming languages are available to use.

There are many websites that provide easy one-click form online. One of them being, Create an online contact form with Response-O-Matic. I have used this site in past and I think you should too. All you do is copy and paste their HTML code they provide and use it on your site.

It's that simple!

Thanks Garala.

Personally I prefer to custom code it myself, but I guess for the non-coders out there those form generators could be very useful.
