Default PDF Form Help

Hello, Thought I posted already, but no responses, and after checking no posts or threads by me so here we go again...

Have a small website, HTML, they need to display a PDF form (4 pages) and have the user edit the form with their info. - nows here is the hard part, how do we save the edited form (PDF), and email that completed form to the main office?

I know you can save a copy of a PDF, print it out, and snail mail it.
You can also create the form via form mail, but they want to use their form which is a PDF...

any suggestions?
any help greatly appreciated...

Really really late response, but your best bet is to have someone download the PDF, fill it in, save it, and upload it as a file via a form, then either (using code) mail the form to you, or store it on the server and email you a link to it.

Yikes, that sounds tricky.

The only convenient way I can think of doing this is to regenerate the PDF on the fly after they've entered their information into a form. This isn't particularly easy though and would probably require some custom programming.

Here's a tutorial on the subject ... http://www.devshed.com/c/a/PHP/Build...ts-with-PHP-5/
