Hi!

I am working for Offshore software development company in India and would like to share my insights to the industry here.

In today’s competitive world, the Offshore Business Model is seen as more than just a cost beneficial proposal. It provides companies the freedom to excel at their core competencies while leveraging the other aspects of the business to another skilled team of professionals along with many more benefits.

Admittedly the bottom-line for outsourcing business units revolves around the savings which result in maximizing profits for the company, but those are not the only advantages. Other benefits include exposure to an exceptional portfolio of employees from around the globe; ability to penalize the outsourced party for non-compliance of set standards towards meeting targets; increased productivity as a result of having more professionals working for a considerably lesser payout; and saving up on logistics, infrastructure, taxations, specialized resources and management manpower and costs.

Do you want to read more on this? yeah...I am also a passionate writer and do write in article forums and directories!

Check out more on offshore software development at below given links.

Offshore Software Development is not anew strategy and thus has seasoned over the years in terms of experience and performance. As a result of this learning curve reaching its full potential, much of the problems can be forecasted and corrected as and when they arise.Real-time connectivity and control gives the power to create a potential problem into a success story.

What makes India the preferred destination for offshore software development is thecountry’s ability to efficiently carry out your company’s day-to-dayfunctioning while you manage only the essential modules required to keep youcompetitive in the field. Work practices largely comply with ISO and SEI CMMstandards, which are the reason that almost three out of every four ISOcertified companies worldwide have facilities located in India. Since it exportssoftware to more than 95 countries, the government too has adopted a morepro-IT stance so as to keep the revenues and job prospects flourishing. Forcompanies which require cost-cuttings and still want to access to theworld-class software engineers, it is no more an alternative but a smartdecision. There is significant savings attached with offshore software development and it is probably the most lucrativefactor that attracts half of the Fortune 500 companies worldwide to India. Onan average, a company’s balance sheet shows 40% to 60% increase in net savings dueto Offshore IT Outsourcing.
