I would like to post a form online for new users to sign up for my website.
The form would be 3 pages; (1) Enter name, email, phone number, (2) Enter job title, company, industry, address (3) Thank you for signing up page.
An email is sent then to the new subscriber thanking him/ her for signing up. They must click on a link to activate the new subscription.
I would like to have this data collected in a database that I can read/ use to inspect new user subsciption trends related to the form fields (area code, zip code, industry etc.).
