I need someone to design a logo for a new e-business called personalisimo. In Spanish, this means "extremely personal". It's for the Spanish market. The business will sell personalized gifts, ie, each gift will be unique and specially created for the person receiving it.
I would need to receive the logo in a format for the web and also for printing.

According to my opinion, you can hire web developer from India. Because In India you will find out affordable services for that.

Web Developments from abroad such as india have many problems in my experience. My company has redeveloped many sites that have been developed cheaply and therefore the code is poorly built. This means they perform badly in google and also have cross bowser issues
