I took this down because no one seems to care about cheap eBooks. If anyone wants the links re-posted just reply here and I'll see it in a day or 2.

A list of things, which is not all of them, but some of them:

Quick payments
Many payout options
Datafeeds offered
2 tier payouts and lifetime cookies
A good support with many ways of contact
Etc...

EDIT: whooops, I thought you were asking what makes a good affiliate program. It seems this forum is up side down compared to some others. I have to start reading the last thread first.
