Default Premium support services

Hi everyone,
I'm considering launching a premium online support service for my new business ... Home | PixoPoint

I currently have a forum where I provide freebie support for my WordPress plugins and themes, however I'd like to offer a premium service where I provide a big step-up in service and support for my users.

I'm wary that my users may figure they get adequate support in my free access forum, so I like the idea of my premium support forum being open to the public to see, but not post in. This way they can see the quality of service on offer and know that I'm not going to scam them out of their money. The catch behind this, is that by offering free advice in public, a few people may be able to use this pre-provided advice to help achieve the effect they're looking for without paying for support.

Do you guys think this is a good idea? Or should I keep it closed off from the public?
