Can't remember where I read it, but pretty certain it doesn't pass yet! Beware when you install it though, as it overwrites your current IE, and is apparently pretty buggy.

On a related note, Acid3 has been released! There is a list of current and beta browsers and their scores at the link below. The best part of it is IE5.5 beating IE7!

IE8 fails Acid 2, and as the blog posting above shows, it barely gets a score higher than IE 5.5 does. Ironic that IE 5.5 gets a higher score than IE 7.
