Minimum time to make live a Website in Internet

What minimum possible time does it take to become live on Internet for a website?

I mean to say the time taken from domain registration, hosting and uploading. Here what I observered is hosting and uploading is almost instantanious if Internet connection and server is ok.

The next factor is time taken for propagation of nameserver details.

Any way I am asking about instant website?
Is it possible to register a domain, host and upload site content and all is available to world in minimum time.

So suggest me any one a startegy for minimum time taken in the whole process.

It could easily be done in 24 hours. Most hosting providers give instant access for basic packages, a domain name can be registered instantly, DNS propagation will be the limiting factor, taking about 24h.
If I really wanted to get a site out quickly I would:
1) Get my hosting - there are many good cheap hosts out there with instant activation
2) Register my domain
3) Set up nameservers
4) Upload site to host
5) Sit and twiddle thumbs for 23h45m!

normally after registering a domain it will take 24 hours to active. and after active within minutes can host the site and make online. time need only for registering

If you already have hosting such as a dedicated server you can have a site online within a few minutes. You can create the setup for the site on your dedicated box then when registering the domain be sure to include the nameserver information during or just after. My shortest time has been within just a few minutes.

Ducani is right, sometimes it only takes a few seconds to a few minutes for your own nameservers to propagate.

However, the standard time for ALL nameservers worldwide to update is 72 hours. If you are having problems after 72 hours contact your registrar or host.

The longest I've had a domain take to propogate was 48 h for a .co.nz domain. The shortest was for a .com domain which took less than a minute.
