I don't use Webmaster Tools at the moment (no sites on the go!), but used them in the past, and found them highly valuable. I can't remember all the features, but I remember being distinctly impressed with the value of the "what queries did people enter when they clicked through to my site?" section.

I occasionally use Google webmaster tools. It has a few handy features, but not something I couldn't be without. It's definitely worth signing up to see if there's any useful information in there for you though.
