Default Post Microsoft Bing is growing, but not enough Google is still the overwhelming favo

Google is still the overwhelming favorite among the search engines with 74.04 percent of the market in June Yahoo, Microsoft, Ask.com and very late.

Hitwise, a Web analysis firm, reported that Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) search Bing ground in more than in June, but he lags far behind Google and Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO).

Bing has lost market share in June as he has treated over search queries, according to Hitwise, indicating the size of the Microsoft hill to climb.

Google (NSDQ: GOOG) is still the overwhelming favorite among the search engines with 74.04 percent of the market in June - which represent about four-tenths percent from May and nearly 5 percent a year ago.

Yahoo, Microsoft, Ask.com and Google far behind - with 16.19 percent, 5.25 percent and 3.15 percent of the market, respectively - and three have lost shares since last year, well Yahoo gained slightly in May

Bing was introduced in May but it is a recasting of the previous search offering called Microsoft Live Search.

However, the number of queries processed by Bing grew steadily in June, nearly double by the end of 6.63 percent. Bing average weekly growth rate was 25 percent, according to Hitwise - faster than the growth rate of search services from Microsoft (Bing, Live.com and MSN Search) combined.

"The question is, is Bing maintain such shares through a month?" research analyst asked Danny Sullivan on his blog, searchengineland.com. "We'll know when the numbers are in July. The biggest question is whether Bing maintain such shares when Microsoft announced spending ramps down."

Meanwhile, there is a flap on Twitter on Google's cache of Microsoft failure warning for Travel site Bing, who was temporarily ousted in late last week by an electrical fire in a data center in Seattle .

Microsoft has posted the last week, after consulting the site has dropped, but it appears as the second item on Google when Google is used for research Bing.

My point is - no chance for Bing to beat Google. Google is a brand name already and people trust it.

By new results Bing has left Yahoo behind and is holding second position after google. According to me Bing will soon leave Google behind . It is just the name of Google that it has to beat.

I don't think that Bing would ever be able to defeat search engine honchos such as Google and Yahoo. Google undoubtedly is everyone's favorite.
