Default Change in Google

Hi

I have seen, i july last week many sites got pr and get rank in search engines but many good sites lost pr, like my three sites got pr increase litttle 1 , but my major site lost pr 1.Also I have lost ranking for my two websites in july 2008.

Is anyone know about tha google change??

Googles algorithms change all the time.

The important thing to remember, is that you never know exactly what your page rank is. The number which Google provides is very old (three months or so I think), so any change in PR actually happened a while before you saw the number change. Also, the numbers are fairly inaccurate anyway. Some people theorise that there is a fudge factor built in to prevent SEO people from figuring out the Google algorithm too well.
