Hosting Web Site in IIS 6.0

Hi,
i created a web site in IIS 6.0 using virtual path i.e. http://<Internal_IP>/CHAT/Login.aspx. i am able to access this URL successfually.

i stoped the above web site and created a new UUL with out virtual path. i.e. http://<Internal_IP>/Login.aspx this i not able to asscess. it is showing the error message as "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

Please help ASAP.

Unfortunately I don't know anything about asp, IIS 6 or any of that so can't help. Hopefully someone who knows more will be able to help.
