connecting new created registration form to validate.js file

Hello everybody,
I didn't know where exactly to put my question and i choose this category to put it in......

let me see how to explain it clearly
the registration form located in joomla template in my website is being validated through file called media/system/js/validate.js, in another place in my website I've had to add another registration form which is the same as the original one but it seems as if it doesn't see the validate.js file, i think you can now know what is my question.....
the question is how to connect this newly created registration for to the validate.js file??????

Hi,

There would be two things that you will have to do: -
Include the js file in the new registration form page that you have Give a call to the function which validates the form and is defined in the js
