Default Getting php code in the colors like dreamweaver

Can anyone help. I need to know how to get my php code displayed in an article/tutorial to show color coded as it does in dreamweaver. Is this something manually done or is there a coded way to handle it?

This can be done using PHPs highlight function for files and/or strings:
highlight_file and highlight_string.

I've learned most of what I employ in my php coding from the comments and tutorials posted in the reference area on www.php.net

Also, good books from your local book store don't hurt as well!

I've been slowly learning bits of php from hacking at existing software. After a while you start to get a feel for the syntax and it slowly starts to make more sense. I'm still a bit of a php noob though
