Help with website error

The director for a nonprofit I work with was doing some maintenance to a website, and deleted some files. Predictably, it fried the site. The site is written in ASP, and there is an Access database on the backend. Can anyone tell me how to fix the problem based on the below error message? I believe the director deleted a driver file for the database, but I don't know how to fix it.

Moved this to ASP forum as I think you're more likely to get an answer there - the majority of database developers you'll find are more proficient in PHP/MySQL.
Looking at your problem, and speaking with no experience, I'd say it was probably due to deleting files vital for Access to run - try backing up the database and doing a clean install of Access on the server.
