Ben Patterson - Samsung has already unleashed its Android-powered Tab, while Motorola and Dell are said to have their own Android tablets coming later this year (the 5-inch Dell Streak doesn’t really count as a tablet). But what of HTC, maker of some of the hottest Android handsets of the year?
