Default Help me build social networking portal

Hi friends,

I am a nonprofit and I am trying to figure out how to create a social networking site for my members and volunteers on a budget. Do you know where we could get some help with this? Any recommendation will be appreciated.

Hi Sebastian,
Exactly what type of social networking site are you looking for?

I have some experience in low cost social network development, so if you are interested in a quote for site development, please PM me and I'll pass on some information about my experience, previous work etc.

Otherwise we may be able to help you to create your own site on here. We just need a little more information about what you want first

Hi,
Here's another example of a cheap/free social networking script http://www.boonex.net/dolphin/

I have no idea how good any of these are. It's often easier to custom build this stuff so I still recommend letting us know exactly what your specifications as we may be able to recommend some simpler software for the purpose.
