Your site looks very professional. The reflections in the main image look very good.

Coding wise, you should remove all those tables and I recommend adding some mouseovers to the main menu.

I found it a little hard to understand the person speaking during the video demonstration and it was a little slow. I found I was getting bored after the first 10 seconds as there wasn't enough information presented.

After you register you gat a 'registration in progress' type page that seems to 'hang' i.e. it took a few seconds to move to the next page. Could you add some form of animated indicator to indicate to the user that something is happening. e.g

After registration is completed i was reading the page and it refreshed back to the homepage before I'd finished reading. Maybe add a button for the user to press and lengthen the delay in the auto refresh?

Is Zephyr free? Opensource?

Zephyr is licensed software that is downloaded and installed in-house on your systems. We might be running promotions that might offer free licenses from time to time. Zephyr is not an open source project.

I'd rearange this answer to somethng like :

Zephyr is not an open source project it is licensed software that is downloaded and installed in-house on your systems. From time to time we may run promotions offering free licences.

Not happy with it but it answers the question in the first few words then you can mention abut promotions etc
