Welcome to the forum quantumpetunia. Your site looks nice. I particularly like the graphics in the top left corner.

Some tips:

You have too many images on your pages. Your home page is a 343 kB download. You need to start combining some of your images and displaying them via CSS.

Ditch the default Joomla avatar, it is too generic and is seen on many on many other sites.

You have an odd mixture of tables and block elements. You shouldn't need any tables for your home page at all.

Your menu disappears at larger font sizes.

Your URL's are all messed up, eg: Alliance for a New Humanity - Change Agents should be http://www.anhglobal.org/change_agents/
