Review my alternative YouTube

Hi,

I have been working on a YouTube alternative, trying to keep
it as simple as possible.

At present you can watch you videos, upload videos (avi,mpeg,mov,wmv),
upload directly using a webcam or camcorder and some mobile phones.

Tests that I have performed, show that video's will start 2-5 times
faster than youtube, and generally will play without any buffering,
if your on a 512k+ connection.

Running the code through a html verifier will show a lot of warnings
such as 'missing alt tags etc' - I'll be fixing this up as time goes by.

Any suggestions or comments would be greatly welcome (or video
comments using your webcam - would go a long way )..

I looked at your site. I was impressed. Really like best ten feature. Video played with very little pause which means your recording is more efficient.
