Default What's Your Best Offer?

No longer for sale! Gave up on trying to sell it so hosting is used for other purposes, but f you're interested PM me!

Waste-Some-Time.com was a website I built from scratch, but unfortunately couldn't afford to renew the domain name (I know I know, I was very very skint!), and let fall into being obsolete. Having said this, it's a great social bookmarking type site, for all things entertaining on the web! It's online elsewhere (http://www.abdpqj.99phost.co.uk), so go there and have a look - the links are broken because they refer to the old domain name. Obviously with no proper domain, there are no active users, no traffic, and no incoming links.
Now so far, this probably doesn't look very appealing! But, it has masses of functionality, and with a new domain, and a little effort could thrive once more! It's written in PHP, with a MySQL backend, and is entirely automated. LEt me list some of the features for you:
Automated registration, with email activation
Automated link submission
Ajax based rating and commenting system for each link
User profiles - comment on other users
Lovely javascript "folding menu", that degrades nicely when JS turned off.
If links are from youtube, videos are automatically embedded into the site (so no letting go of visitors!), and thumbnails fetched from youtube to display next to the links listing.
Algorithm based sorting of links based on their rating and age.
Many options to display links by age, rating, rank etc., all fully paginated
Totally mod_rewritten URLs, for maximum usability and SEO.
News archive - again PHP/MySQL based for easy maintenance.
Search feature - custom written, no using Google for me!
RSS feeds for EVERYTHING! BEst links, newest links, for each user, and several other feeds as well.

Now this is a lot of functionality, so for the price of a domain, some hosting, and an hour or two transferring the site, and changing the links to the new domain, you have a fully working turnkey site. I'll even throw in all the database contents, so you can email existing users about the name change, and keep all the links already collected (~200). The site was of good enough quality that it was listed in DMOZ, so that's a reflection of what you'll be getting.

Now for the best bit, as I basically have no interest in developing the site (I did it once, lost it, no motivation to do it all again!), then I just want to offload it for whatever I can get. SO offer me whatever you like, I won't be offended however low you go!

edit: There's also a custom coded button for the google toolbar that I'll chuck in, with feeds and a submit current site button. Also a button for FF and IE that adds the current page, by giving a pop up window.

Are you using isbndb.com data, by any chance?
