Developer Tutorials provides this board for you to list a site which is genuinely for sale, but with some stipulations:

• No adult sites - this is at the exclusive judgement of the Forum Admin/Moderators, and there will be no discussion.
• In order to start a thread, the user must have made a minimum of 10 posts in other areas of the forum. "Fluff" posts, such as a simple "I agree." will not be counted. Again, the Admin/Moderators say is final.
• Developer Tutorials cannot be held responsible for any aspect of a website's sale or purchase. Any transactions are purely between buyer and seller, and Developer Tutorials will not act as a mediator in any cases of dispute.
